Forge Consulting was established in 2013 with a clear purpose: to provide thoughtful, practical business consulting that builds lasting organisational strength rather than creating dependency on external advisors.
Our founders observed that many consulting engagements produced impressive reports but failed to create sustainable change. Organisations would implement recommendations while consultants were present, only to see progress fade once the engagement ended.
We chose a different path. Drawing on the metaphor of the forge—where raw materials are transformed into useful tools through skill, heat, and patient effort—we developed an approach centred on capability transfer. Every engagement aims to leave your organisation stronger and more capable than before.
Today, from our base in Kuala Lumpur, we work with organisations across Malaysia and the broader region, helping them navigate complex transformations, build critical capabilities, and test their strategies against the rigours of reality.
